About Murphy Park

The Village at Murphy Park, built in 2001, is a small, quiet, attractively landscaped community of professionals, families, and retired individuals. Residents are often seen walking, biking, visiting each other on front porches, and using the private swimming pool or exercise room. The recently refurnished Clubhouse is available at a nominal fee for private rental, or at no cost for community events. Association Board meetings are also held in the Clubhouse. The Village at Murphy Park is adjacent to one of Powell’s lovely parks, and within convenient walking distance of established neighborhoods and a variety of local shops and restaurants.
